Planning a trip to Disney Adventure World at Disneyland Paris with a baby, toddler, or little kid?

Disney Adventure World is the second theme park at Disneyland Paris and formerly known as Walt Disney Studios Park. In March 2026, the park officially transformed into Disney Adventure World with the opening of World of Frozen, Adventure Way, Adventure Bay and new experiences including Frozen Ever After and Raiponce Tangled Spin.

And if you’re traveling with little kids, I think this park is WAY more exciting than it used to be.

You’ll now find Frozen, Tangled, Pixar, Marvel, Ratatouille, Toy Story and more all inside one park.

In this guide, I’m sharing everything I’d want to know before taking little kids to Disney Adventure World—including what to pack, where to buy tickets, ride height requirements, the best rides for babies and toddlers, World of Frozen, strollers, Baby Care Centers, Premier Access, Rider Switch and more.

What to Pack for Disney Adventure World With Kids

Before we get into the park, let’s talk about what to bring.

We have a complete Disney packing list for babies, toddlers, and little kids HERE.

MY TIP: Bring the stroller even if your preschooler doesn’t normally use one at home.

Between walking through both Disneyland Paris parks, jet lag and staying for nighttime entertainment, little legs can get tired FAST.

How We Fly Our Family to Paris With Points

One of the biggest expenses when taking a family to Disneyland Paris isn’t necessarily Disney—it’s getting everyone to France!

We use travel credit card points and airline miles to help make international travel more affordable for our family.

If you’re new to points, don’t feel like you need to become an expert overnight.

Start with our beginner resource:

Disney Adventure World Ride Height Requirements

One of my biggest questions when planning any Disney trip with little kids is:

What can my kids actually ride?

The good news is that Disney Adventure World has quite a few attractions with no minimum height requirement, including both of its major new 2026 family attractions.

Disney Adventure World Ride Height Guide

Frozen Ever AfterNo minimum⭐ YES
Raiponce Tangled SpinNo minimum⭐ YES
RatatouilleNo minimum⭐ YES
Cars ROAD TRIPNo minimum⭐ YES
Slinky Dog Zigzag SpinNo minimum⭐ YES
Flying Carpets Over AgrabahNo minimum⭐ YES

Spider-Man W.E.B. AdventureNo minimum⭐ YES
Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop81 cm / about 32″Adventurous toddlers
Tower of Terror102 cm / about 40″Potentially VERY scary
Crush’s Coaster107 cm / about 42″Bigger kids
Avengers Assemble: Flight Force120 cm / about 47″Thrill ride

IMPORTANT FOR 2026–2027: Crush’s Coaster closed for a major refurbishment beginning September 7, 2026 and is expected to reopen in summer 2027.

Always check the Disneyland Paris app for current attraction closures and height requirements before your trip.

Best Disney Adventure World Rides for Babies

There are several attractions at Disney Adventure World that don’t have a minimum height requirement.

My top picks would include:

Frozen Ever After — This would be at the VERY top of my list. It’s a Frozen-themed boat ride through Arendelle with Anna, Elsa and other familiar characters.

Raiponce Tangled Spin — Another new family attraction with no minimum height requirement.

Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy — Shrink down to Remy’s size and race through Gusteau’s kitchen.

Cars ROAD TRIP — An easy attraction to do with younger kids who love Cars.

Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure — No minimum height requirement and interactive, making this a fun Marvel option for families.

Flying Carpets Over Agrabah — A classic flying ride similar to Dumbo.

No Height Requirement Doesn’t Always Mean Your Child Will Love It

This is something I wish more Disney guides explained!

Just because your baby or toddler can ride something doesn’t mean they’ll necessarily enjoy it.

Consider:

  • Darkness
  • Loud noises
  • Drops
  • Spinning
  • Sudden movements
  • Scary characters
  • 3D effects

For example, Frozen Ever After has no minimum height requirement, but Disney warns that it includes very dark areas, flashing/strobe effects and a splash risk.

There are also drops in the dark that could frighten some young children.

You know your kid best.

Best Disney Adventure World Rides for Toddlers

If I were visiting Disney Adventure World with a 2- or 3-year-old, these would be at the top of my list:

  1. Frozen Ever After
  2. Raiponce Tangled Spin
  3. Ratatouille
  4. Cars ROAD TRIP
  5. Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin
  6. Flying Carpets Over Agrabah
  7. Cars Quatre Roues Rallye
  8. Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure

And if your adventurous toddler reaches 81 cm/about 32 inches, you can add:

Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop

Best Disney Adventure World Rides for Little Kids

Once kids get taller, even more opens up.

81 cm / about 32″

Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop

This could be a fun option for an adventurous toddler or preschooler.

102 cm / about 40″

Tower of Terror

Just because your child is tall enough does NOT mean they’re ready for it!

Tower of Terror is dark, scary and has significant drops.

107 cm / about 42″

Crush’s Coaster

Keep in mind that Crush’s Coaster is closed from September 2026 until summer 2027 for refurbishment.

120 cm / about 47″

Avengers Assemble: Flight Force

Definitely more of a thrill ride for older/braver kids.

TIP: Measure your kids WITH the shoes they’ll actually wear at Disney.

Don’t Miss World of Frozen With Little Kids

If you’re visiting Disney Adventure World with little kids, World of Frozen would be my number-one priority.

World of Frozen officially opened on March 29, 2026 and transports you into the Kingdom of Arendelle.

You’ll find:

  • Frozen Ever After
  • Arendelle
  • The North Mountain
  • Elsa’s Ice Palace
  • A Royal Encounter with Elsa and Anna
  • A Celebration in Arendelle
  • Frozen-themed dining
  • Frozen shopping

And unlike some themed lands that are mostly about the rides, I think this is one where simply walking around with little kids is part of the experience.

Frozen Ever After With Babies & Toddlers

Frozen Ever After is the main attraction inside World of Frozen.

The GREAT news for families?

There is no minimum height requirement.

Disney describes it as a family boat ride through the Frozen story.

However, parents should know that it includes:

  • Dark areas
  • Drops in the dark
  • Flashing/strobe effects
  • A chance of getting splashed

So while babies and toddlers can ride, sensitive little kids may react differently.

Frozen Ever After also offers Disney Premier Access, and this is absolutely one of the rides I would prioritize if the standby wait is long.

How to Meet Anna and Elsa at Disneyland Paris

This is VERY important if you have a Frozen-obsessed toddler.

Inside World of Frozen, you can experience A Royal Encounter with Elsa and Anna.

But you can’t necessarily just walk up and get in line.

The Royal Encounter uses a FREE virtual queue, primarily through the Disneyland Paris app.

You can join the virtual queue on the day of your visit after scanning your park ticket.

MY TIP: Do this as soon as you’re eligible.

Availability is limited and Disney warns that spots can fill very quickly.

Don’t Miss A Celebration in Arendelle

World of Frozen isn’t just about the ride.

A Celebration in Arendelle is an outdoor show featuring characters including:

  • Elsa
  • Anna
  • Olaf
  • Kristoff

The show lasts approximately 20 minutes.

For Frozen-loving toddlers, this could easily be just as exciting as the ride.

Always check the Disneyland Paris app for showtimes on the day of your visit.

Raiponce Tangled Spin

If your kids love Tangled, don’t skip this one.

Raiponce Tangled Spin opened along Adventure Way in March 2026.

The ride is inspired by the floating lantern scene from Tangled, and families ride inside gondolas beneath glowing lanterns.

Even better:

There is no minimum height requirement.

Disney says the attraction is suitable for guests of all ages.

It also offers Disney Premier Access.

For families with babies and toddlers, this is exactly the type of attraction I would build into the day.

Is Disney Premier Access Worth It at Disney Adventure World With Kids?

Disneyland Paris uses Disney Premier Access as its paid skip-the-line system.

There are two primary options:

Disney Premier Access One

Purchase faster access to an individual eligible attraction.

Disney Premier Access Ultimate

Provides one-time fast access to eligible attractions included with the product without needing to book individual time slots.

At Disney Adventure World, eligible attractions can include rides like:

  • Frozen Ever After
  • Raiponce Tangled Spin
  • Ratatouille
  • Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure
  • Tower of Terror
  • Avengers Assemble: Flight Force
  • Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop
  • Cars ROAD TRIP

Availability can vary.

Would I Buy Premier Access With Toddlers?

If we only had a short amount of time at Disney Adventure World, YES.

I would especially look at using Premier Access for:

Frozen Ever After

and

Ratatouille

depending on the waits that day.

Frozen Ever After currently has its own dedicated Premier Access line, although Disney notes that Premier Access availability is limited and operational conditions can affect access.

With toddlers, I would rather pay to skip one really long line than spend an hour trying to entertain them in a queue.

How Rider Switch Works at Disney Adventure World

This is one of those tips every parent should know.

If your baby or toddler can’t ride an attraction, Disneyland Paris offers Rider Switch on bigger thrill rides.

Here’s how Disney explains it:

The first parent waits in the regular queue while the second parent stays outside with the child.

The first parent rides and receives a Rider Switch pass when exiting.

Then the parents switch.

The second parent can access the attraction without waiting through the regular queue again.

This means having a baby doesn’t mean the adults have to skip every big ride!

Baby Care Center at Disney Adventure World

Disney Adventure World has a Baby Care Center next to Studio Services.

The Baby Care Center includes useful amenities for families with babies, including:

  • Changing areas
  • Feeding areas
  • Kitchen
  • Microwave
  • Sink
  • Private breastfeeding space

Disneyland Paris also says that most restrooms throughout the resort have changing tables.

And remember: you are welcome to breastfeed anywhere you feel comfortable throughout Disneyland Paris, provided it is safe to do so.

Forgot Diapers? Don’t Panic!

Disneyland Paris sells baby essentials including:

  • Baby food
  • Juice
  • Diapers
  • Wipes
  • Sunscreen
  • Pacifiers

You can find these at stroller/wheelchair rental locations and in Disney Hotel shops.

The Disney Adventure World Baby Care Center also sells diapers and baby food.

Should You Bring a Stroller to Disney Adventure World?

YES.

Even if your preschooler normally walks everywhere.

Between:

  • Disney Adventure World
  • Disneyland Park
  • Disney Village
  • Walking back to your hotel
  • Jet lag
  • Naps
  • Late nights

…it adds up FAST.

Disney Adventure World also rents strollers at Studio Services, just after entering the park.

If you’re park hopping, Disney says you generally can’t take the rental stroller between the two parks unless you leave a deposit. Otherwise, you can return it and pick up another stroller at the second park at no additional charge.

I personally prefer bringing our own travel stroller because then we have it at the airport, hotel and around Paris too.

Feeding Babies & Toddlers at Disney Adventure World

Disneyland Paris makes feeding little kids pretty easy.

The Baby Care Center has:

  • A feeding area
  • Microwave
  • Sink
  • Private breastfeeding space

Disneyland Paris restaurants also generally make it easy to dine with young children.

I would still pack plenty of familiar toddler snacks.

Disney food is fun.

A hangry, jet-lagged toddler who suddenly refuses everything is not.

Things to Do at Disney Adventure World With Toddlers Besides Rides

Don’t make the mistake of planning your entire Disney day around rides!

There is SO much more for little kids to experience at Disney Adventure World now.

Make time for:

  • Exploring World of Frozen
  • Meeting Anna and Elsa
  • A Celebration in Arendelle
  • Walking around Arendelle
  • Mickey and the Magician
  • Marvel characters
  • Pixar characters
  • Toy Story Land
  • Shopping
  • Frozen treats and snacks
  • Arendelle Boutique
  • Adventure Way
  • Character encounters
  • Disney Cascade of Lights

Sometimes the best toddler Disney strategy is doing LESS.

Mickey and the Magician

This is one of the shows I would absolutely consider with little kids.

Mickey and the Magician features Mickey alongside several familiar Disney characters and is performed at Disney Adventure World.

Anna and Elsa can also currently appear during the show.

An indoor show is also a GREAT way to:

  • Sit down
  • Escape the weather
  • Eat a snack beforehand
  • Give little legs a break

Check the Disneyland Paris app for showtimes during your visit.

Disney Cascade of Lights

One of the biggest additions to Disney Adventure World is Adventure Bay, the large lake at the center of the expanded park.

This is where you’ll find the park’s nighttime spectacular:

Disney Cascade of Lights

If your kids can stay awake, I would absolutely try to see it.

This is another reason I would bring a stroller—even for an older toddler or preschooler.

A late nighttime spectacular after an international flight and a full Disney day is asking A LOT from little legs!

Our Ideal 1-Day Disney Adventure World Plan With Little Kids

If I had one full day at Disney Adventure World with little kids, this is how I’d approach it.

Morning

Arrive EARLY.

As soon as you’re eligible, check the Disneyland Paris app for the Anna and Elsa Royal Encounter virtual queue.

Then prioritize:

  • World of Frozen
  • Frozen Ever After
  • Exploring Arendelle
  • A Celebration in Arendelle

If you purchased Premier Access, use it strategically based on current waits.

Late Morning

Head toward Adventure Way.

Prioritize:

  • Raiponce Tangled Spin
  • Explore Adventure Way
  • Characters
  • Photos

Then move toward Worlds of Pixar.

Lunch

Take an actual break.

If you want a character meal or table-service restaurant, make reservations ahead of time.

Early Afternoon

This would be my stroller nap window.

Parents can:

  • Shop
  • Grab snacks
  • Use Rider Switch
  • Use Premier Access
  • Ride bigger attractions

Taller kids or adults can prioritize:

  • Tower of Terror
  • Avengers Assemble: Flight Force

Afternoon

Focus on:

  • Ratatouille
  • Cars ROAD TRIP
  • Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin
  • Cars Quatre Roues Rallye
  • Flying Carpets
  • Toy Story area

Then catch:

Mickey and the Magician

Late Afternoon / Evening

Head toward Marvel Avengers Campus.

Try:

  • Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure
  • Character experiences
  • Dinner

Then return toward Adventure Bay for:

Disney Cascade of Lights

Do You Need a Full Day at Disney Adventure World?

I would plan on spending most or all of a day here now.

Before the massive expansion, this was much easier to treat as a half-day park.

I don’t think I’d recommend that anymore for a first visit with little kids.

Between:

  • World of Frozen
  • Adventure Way
  • Tangled
  • Pixar
  • Marvel
  • Shows
  • Characters
  • Adventure Bay
  • Nighttime entertainment

there is enough to keep a family busy.

For a Disneyland Paris trip, my ideal minimum would still be:

Day 1: Disneyland Park

Day 2: Disney Adventure World + revisit Disneyland Park if desired

Jet Lag at Disney Adventure World With Kids

If you’re coming from the United States, don’t underestimate jet lag.

Your toddler may:

  • Wake up ridiculously early
  • Want lunch at 9 a.m.
  • Crash in the stroller at 2 p.m.
  • Suddenly get a second wind at 9 p.m.

Instead of fighting it, build your Disney plan around it.

Take advantage of early mornings.

Bring the stroller.

Allow a stroller nap or hotel break.

And don’t be devastated if your toddler doesn’t make it to the nighttime show.

Is Disney Adventure World or Disneyland Park better for toddlers?

If I could only choose one, I would still choose Disneyland Park because it has more classic Disney attractions for little kids.

But Disney Adventure World has become MUCH better for toddlers with World of Frozen, Tangled, Pixar and its new entertainment.

If you have two days, absolutely do both.

Do you need a full day at Disney Adventure World?

I would plan for close to a full day now.

The park has significantly more to experience following its 2026 transformation.

Should I bring a stroller to Disney Adventure World?

YES.

Even if your preschooler normally walks, Disneyland Paris involves a LOT of walking, and jet lag plus late-night entertainment can make a stroller incredibly useful.

We’ve taken our kids to Disney parks around the world, and I think Disney Adventure World is especially exciting right now because it almost feels like visiting a new Disney park.

World of Frozen completely changes the experience for families with little kids, and adding Tangled, Adventure Way and the new nighttime spectacular makes this a park I would no longer treat as an afterthought.

My biggest advice is the same as always: don’t try to do everything.

If your toddler loves Frozen, spend the extra time in Arendelle. If they’re obsessed with Cars, let them ride Cars twice. If they want to stop and watch a character instead of rushing to your next attraction, let them.

Those are usually the Disney moments little kids remember most anyway.
