Both of these products are fantastic for helping little ones sleep on vacation. 🫶 For me, typically the deciding factor between which one I’ll bring with me is the space that we are going to be in!

When I’ll bring my Sleepout Curtains With Me:

✅ When I have a separate space to nap my baby/toddler. I love this because they can be sleeping in one room and my husband and I can be hanging out in the other room. This is great for cabins, airbnbs and hotel rooms that have an adjoining suite or living space.

✅ Very small and compact and can fit in a diaper bag. So if I’m limited on space, I’ll bring my Sleepout Curtains because it’s a little smaller than a SlumberPod.

✅ Can be used on different window sizes.

✅ Can be used in small spaces. I really like taking my sleepout curtains with me when we stay in an RV because I can use them there unlike a Slumberpod which may not fit inside the RV.

❓You’ll need to do some research beforehand to figure out how many windows are in the space because you may need to bring more than one panel.

When I’ll bring my SlumberPod with me:

✅ When I’m sharing the same room with my baby/toddler and want to be able to move around while they are sleeping

✅ Works with portable cribs and even inflatable mattresses. So if I know that they won’t have a twin-size bed for them to use and I’ll have to bring my own, I know the SlumberPod will fit overtop of it.

✅ You can still use a baby monitor with it because of the pouch up top

❓ my toddler has sometimes had phases where he refuses to fall asleep inside the Slumberpod) yes, I’ve sometimes crawled inside the SlumberPod with him and laid down 😅) so then I’ll need to transfer him after he’s fallen asleep with me on the bed. Now let’s talk about the pros and cons of sleepout portable curtains vs the SlumberPod!

SlumberPod
