Packing for Disneyland with kids can feel like you’re preparing for absolutely everything—but after visiting Disney parks around the world with our kids, I’ve learned there are a handful of things that make park days SO much easier.

A Few Disneyland Essentials I Pack for Everyone
No matter how old my kids are, there are a few things that almost always make it into our Disneyland park bag:
- Sunscreen
- Portable charger
- Refillable water bottles
- Snacks
- Portable fan
- Comfortable shoes
- Lightweight layer
- Ponchos
- Wet bag
- Hand sanitizer
- Wipes
- Small first-aid kit
- Portable phone charger
- Waterproof phone pouch
The biggest thing I’ve learned is that you don’t need to prepare for every possible scenario. Pack the things that solve the problems you’re most likely to encounter—hungry kids, hot kids, wet kids, tired kids and dead phone batteries.
