1. The number One Feature: A Ride-On Suitcase

Of course, the best feature of Miamily luggage is the ability for kids to sit in their suitcases and get a free ride through the airport. It has saved us so many times with long walks to the gate. It also comes with a safety seatbelt. It’s so easy to put up the seat and take it down when you need to place the bin in the overhead bin on the airplane. I have even used this feature when I couldn’t find a place to sit down and nurse inside a train station in Japan! Lastly, even when my kids aren’t riding on the suitcase, I’ve flipped the seat up so it can be used to push our bags around the airport ontop of this carry-on suitcase.

Discount codes: MMBRIGGS MMBRIGGS10 MMBRIGGS20 I’ve seen these suitcases on Instagram and I’m happy to report the hype is REAL! We’ve been testing it throughout our trip through Japan and it’s been amazing! Not only is it a quality suitcase, but having that seat has been so fun (and helpful) for my toddler. Shoot, I even used it when I needed a quick nursing session and there wasn’t a place to sit. 🫶 #suitcase #toddler #miamily #miamilydiscount #rideonsuitcase

2. Compact Yet Decently Spacious

One of the first things that stood out about the Miamily carry-on is how deceptively spacious it is. While it meets airline regulations for carry-on luggage, it has a decent amount of interior space. We’ve managed to pack everything from extra diapers and snacks to toys and changes of clothes, all without it feeling stuffed. With two little kids, that kind of capacity is invaluable!

3. Kid-Friendly Design

Traveling with toddlers means we’re always looking for gear that’s not just functional for adults but kid-friendly too. The Miamily suitcase nails this. It’s lightweight enough for little ones to help pull it around the airport, which is both fun for them and gives us a small break. The sturdy wheels and smooth glide make it easy for kids to maneuver, and the handle adjusts to their height perfectly. My three year old loves to help push this!

3. Durability for the Long Haul

After twenty flights and counting, our Miamily carry-on still performs like new. The zippers are strong and secure and I like the built-in TSA lock. Whether it’s been tossed around in overhead bins or navigated through rough airport floors, it’s held up impressively well. The durability factor is key, especially when you’re constantly traveling with little ones who might not be as gentle as you’d hope.

4. Efficient Organization & Waterproof pocket

One feature I love is the built-in water-proof pocket. So if you’ve got dirty clothes of wet swimsuits to deal with, they can easily be thrown inside.

5. Perfect Fit for Overhead Bins

Air travel can be stressful, especially when trying to juggle kids and luggage. One of the biggest perks of the Miamily carry-on is how easily it fits into overhead bins, regardless of the airline. I’ve never had to worry about gate-checking it, which means we can get off the plane and head straight to our destination without delays.

6. Adjustable Handlebars & Bag Hook

The handlebar comes with three different height levels which is great for parents of all sizes. On the back of the seat, it also comes with a bag hook that perfectly fits a kid’s backpack or your diaper bag.

Final Thoughts

After twenty flights and many more to come, I can confidently say the Miamily carry-on suitcase is a fantastic investment for families who travel often. It’s durable and practical, especially if you don’t want to travel with a stroller.
